Hi. I am 29 years old. and a personal trainer at gym. Due to my fitness regime, I consume mostly boiled food, devoid or with very less oil and spices. Also consume six litres of water a day and my body fat percentage is around 8%.
I had acne problem during my adolescnece but that had disappeared completely. In 2011, I started using minoxidil 5% solution and finpecia tablet for hair regain. I am not sure if that has anything to do with it, but my acne problem returned from 2013. I have acnes mostly on my forhead. Redness and pus formation are recurring. I have visited a doc and she had prescribed me sebium facewash and an oral antibiotic. The problem has not stopped even after the prescribed tim line. I get up worrying about a new acne formation and my fear comes true every morning.
I have stopped consuming eggs as I thought it might have something to do with acne. I also have dandruff.
