Hello dear
Understand your concern
Remember PCOD is very complex disease and its course and symptoms are unpredictable.
You are on the right medicine. Period may be delayed by the 7-9 days after taking duphaston. So first you have to wait for period, it may be come in next 2-3 days. Period not regularize by using one month medidine, you have to use for 5-6 cycle.
If above drugs did not work then you have to take Oral contraceptive pill to regularize the period. FLutamide and Spironolactone also help in induction of ovulation.
Medicine should be taken for at least 5-6 months to regularize the period.
Ovarian dreelings are the last option to treat PCOS if medicine will not work.

Also reduce your weight about 10-12 percent by doing exercise like running, swimming and cycling that help in induction of ovulation.
Avoid excessive sweets and yogurt and take small frequent meal rather than large meal. Take healthy diet, fresh fruits, green leafy vegetables and drink plenty of fluids.
Hope this may help you
Best regards
