What Is The Treatment For Congestion In The Nasal And Sinus Passages?

I’m 31 yrs old. I’ve been suffering from the following problems since my childhood. :
Congestion in the nasal and sinus passages; sore throat; Broken or cracking voice and many times difficulty in speaking and pronouncing many words; through out the year, feeling mucus in the back of the throat and nose which cause me constant clearing of throat and snorting to clear mucus from the nasal passage that cannot otherwise be cleared by blowing one's nose which in turn compel me frequent spitting; sometimes difficulty in breathing; sometimes headache but all time feeling heaviness; feeling fatigue all the time; malaise (feeling of general discomfort or uneasiness, of being out of sorts); cognitive impairment, lack of concentration ; sometimes causing watery, reddened or itchy eyes and puffiness around the eyes, burning sensation in the eye;

Are these symptoms of post-nasal drip and rhinitis? What medicine should I take?

For past 2-3 yrs I’m also suffering from ED and urticaria. Plz suggest all these problem related or how to I get cured b’coz it is running my life.
thank you

HI, thanks for using healthcare magic

Yes, the symptoms sound as though they may be related to post nasal drip and sinusitis.

This can be due to allergies or infection (such as the common cold).

Since the symptoms are long term , allergies are more likely.

Treatment would involve avoiding the allergen if it is known and also the use of medications.
The medications would be a topical nasal steroid spray and oral antihistamines

I hope this helps
