What Is The Symptoms And Treatment Of Colon Cancer ?

I am a 30 year old male, 170lbs, with no family history of colon cancer.

For the past couple of years, I've been dealing with bowel troubles (loose stool, thin stools, chronic constipation, lower left abdominal cramping before a bowel movement), and recently I've also been having lower left back pain that radiates down my left leg. I have not gained or lost any weight. I haven't seen noticeable blood in my stool.

I have no insurance and am unemployed, so seeing a specialist is out of the question for the time being. Any advice would be appreciated.

Symptoms of colon cancer
Abdominal pain and tenderness in the lower abdomen
Blood in the stool
Diarrhea, constipation, or other change in bowel habits
Narrow stools
Weight loss with no known reason.

I will suggest u do a colonoscopy test along with a fecal occult blood test which may detect blood in stool which may indicate colon cancer.
Treatment depends on many things, including stage of the cancer. Treatments may include:
Surgery (most often a colectomy) to remove cancer cells
Chemotherapy to kill cancer cells
Radiation therapy to destroy cancerous tissue
