What Is The Sperm Count Of A Normal And Healthy Male ?

Hi I am a 23 year old male with no health issues, very athletic and healthy. My fiance an I are trying to have a child. I recently had a. semen analysis done and the results came back that my.count was 5 million. However I did ejaculate hours before the test. Could this have affect my count. Ive researched things that cause low sperm count and none of them pertains to me. Help please

Better you go for semen examination again,immediately after ejaculation.
Semen collected hours before affects the count.
