What Is The Solution For Severe Pain In The Back And The Knee When Standing Or Sitting Too Long?

Okay so my lower back kills when I sit and stand for too long. The only problem with this is school (which I m mainly sitting in) and dance (which I m always standing and useing my back which feels wonderful it just kills afterwords. And once again I am 13 turning 14 tommorow and my parents say your to young to have problems with your bones/mucsles/etc however I have REALLY bad knees to,we ve had an MRI done on them and they never got back to us about it. I would really appreciate getting some answers about my back and knees. Thank-you.

Thanks for the query to HCM.
1 Severe back pain may be due to sprain in ligaments of back.Diagnosis can be confirmed by C T SCAN of lumbo-sacral region.
In knee pain me a referral pain from the back.
2 Bursitis is another most common reason of such type pain. Infection may be the reason.
3 Osteoarthritis is most common cause . Get in blood for C B C and E S R .
4 Rheumatoid arthritis as both these joints are paining so may be the due to rheumatoid arthritis . Diagnosis can be confirmed by blood for R A factor .
In my opinion consult an orthopedic surgeon and get his opinion .
This is very important point that you are too young and in spite of this there is pain in both joints.
