What Is The Solution For Pain And Swelling In Ear?

Hi! I am 29 yrs of age, i have no medical problem atall. I have this frequent pain in my ears. And now again i have pain in my left ear. ( A month ago I had this same problem, but healed after taking combiflame and putting eardrops). I took combiflame this time aswell but the pain is not going. And in the morning i even found blood in the cotton bud when I was clearing my ear. The pain is increasing more and more . Not only that I have watery discharge from the ear. I can also tell that its swelling inside. Plz help me! Moreover I don’t want to go and see a doctor as I get very little time becoz of my daily professional schedule.
