What Is The Remedy For The Sore Throat With Severe Headaches?
I had a sore throat for a few days but when i woke this morning i have a severe head pain infront of my ears, when it was quiet i head little popping/crackling sounds in top of my nose then it was followed by intense pain.
I have had pain killers today but nothing is helping it.
it is intense one minute and then eases off and then comes back.
it doesnt feel like a normal headache or migrane it feels like my head is being squished.
if i bend over the pain in my head is bad and if i cough.

As per your query you have sore throat with severe headaches, well the symptoms you mention in query can occur due to many reasons but it seems to me that these symptoms probably occur due to sinusitis and post nasal drip . I would suggest you to do warm saline gargles severeal times a day. You should take steam twice a day. Take paracetamol for fever and headache. Consult ENT specialist for proper diagnosis . Doctor may order test like swab test , blood test , and viral culture test to rule out condition like acid reflux and strep throat . Doctor may prescribe antibiotics amoxiclav at least for 10 days along with decongestant. Maintain proper hygiene. Drink plenty of water and liquids. Take tepid sponging if it is severe headache.
