What Is The Remedy For The Chronic Constipation?
I have chronic severe constipation and make a bowel movement with medications from my consultant once every 2-3 months I'm awaiting a date fo an illestomy. I have recently started with severe pain in my tail bone area and cannot sit on it or get out of the bath very easy, I'm on daily morphine tablets and solution with paracetomol, and I'm in agony, the lump is bone like to feel should I worry many thanks Gemma

Your query being appreciated, I would like to first advise you to stop taking the medicine, narcotic and Acetaminophen (Paracetamol and Morphine )there may cause the constipation, once you stop taking these medicines you would see no more constipation, you seems to have different medical conditions but these are unrelated with each other and all should be separately managed, as long as the constipation is concern and it is not due to the medicines the try to have more fiber containing diet, and drink more water, surgical condition not being discuss here in detail, coccyx pain could be due to arthritis changes or may be related with the stated surgical condition of ileostomy, hope this information helps.
