What Is The Remedy For Low Temperature And Cough?

My 6 year old had a temperature and flu symptoms at the beginning of the week. This lasted for three days but she started to improve. Then last night she started coughing uncontrollably and this has persisted all day. She now has a low temperature but is shivering and very sleepy. Should I be worried?

Having lung infection. First requerment is aclinical examination. If requered acourse of anti biotic like syrup ampicillin crocin suspension coscopin syrup can be given.
