Hello dear,I understand your concern.In my opinion multiple fibroids might be left without treatment in pregnancy.Small fibroids might not cause any problem but a bigger size one might cause retention of urine or constipation etc.The pain in lower abdomen during urination suggests mostly bladder infection which is routinely seen in pregnancy.So I would suggest you . to get urine examination done to rule out infection.Also ultrasound might rule out any fibroid pressing over bladder or rectum.Dont worry a course of antibiotics will cure the infection .Drink adequate fluids upto 2 to 3 litres to prevent urine infection.Coconut water and cranberry juice is also helpful.
