What Is The Regimen To Be Followed To Avoid Blackheads, Whiteheads And Pimples On Face?

I have blackheads on my nose and whiteheads on my chin. I have developed few pimples on my chin which are causing dark spots. I am currently using moiz face wash, sebamed clear gel and erytop for pimples. Please suggest some regimen for my skin problems.

Hello,
Welcome to healthcare magic.
You could continue to use erytop in the morning. At bedtime use a gel containing benzoyl peroxide adaferin combination. You could use 2% salicylic acid containing face wash instead of moiz face wash. Do not use thick creams and cosmetics. You could take a course if oral doxycycline or azithromycin under a dermatologist' s guidance if gels alone do not help. Have a healthy diet and drink lots of water.
Hope this helps you.
Take care.
