What Causes Painful Blackheads And Whiteheads On Forehead And Cheeks?

I have blackheads and whiteheads which turns into painful pimples if supposed to touch.
Also some pimples that are deadly painful and little bigger than that of blackheads.
These are majorly happening in my face only like cheeks, foreheads between the eyebrows & chin.

I have gone through your query and can understand your concerns..

As per your complain black heads and white heads occur due to clogging of pores with dirt and debris and this leads to infection leading to pimples..
I would suggest you to consult a Dermatologist and get evaluated and a thorough clinical evaluation can help in diagnosis and treatment can be done accordingly..
You can be advised to wash your face with Salicylic acid and glycolic acid containing facewash..
You should apply ointment containing Clindamycin and Benzoyl Peroxide over pimples..
Apply Retinoids like Adapelene at night..
Exfoliate the skin with a mild scrub to unclog and clean the pores..
Do cool compresses on pimples..
You can also take more of green leafy vegetables and fruits.
Avoid oily food and drink plenty of water..
You can also get treatment like Microdermabrasion and chemical peeling done..
