My 12 year old daughter has unusual red marks on her upper arms. It started as looking like a couple of scratch like red marks, but it is spreading. It looks like bruising under the skin, but in long scratch-like marks that are dark red . Her arms look inflamed where there is redness. The area that is inflamed is not raised, nor is there any signs of breaking of the skin. It is very painful when touched a well. She has not had any injuries and the area is quite painful and a little itchy. She has had a sore throat and has been nauseaus for over a week. She saw a doctor a few days ago and her CBC was normal and so was her throat
