What Is The Reason For Sudden Feeling Of Dizziness And Vomiting?

Yesterday I had a sudden attack of dizzieness which lasted for 5 hrs. I did vomit once very little no blood. my urine is very light yellow, normal. I had no pain of any kind but the room kept spinning. was it something I ate or just a bug?

Everything is fine now, no after affects.

Hi!
welcome to HCM!

since no pain is there so infection seems to be less likely.Nausea and Dizziness is a common complaint in people having low blood pressure. When the blood pressure is too low, not enough oxygen-rich blood is being delivered to the brain, and its function can be affected.
Low blood pressure may be the result of an underlying illness or disease, or it may be a normal physiologic condition may be due to sleep deprivation.Good sleep of at least 6 hrs is required for a person to feel fresh and healthy. Some common reasons for low blood pressure include the following:Anemia ,dehydration, Fever also can cause a significant amount of water loss due to increased metabolic rate and excessive sweating as the body tries to cool itself.Anxiety can also cause dizziness and nausea.so be relaxed!
hope this helps you!take care
