Pediatrician 's  Response
Hi,
Thank you for your query.
Rumbling sounds in stomach are due to increased intestinal motility.
This may happen during infections of stomach and allergic foods.
Observe for loose stools and any pain in the abdomen.
And note his diet patterns to correlate and look for any relation to food.
If it is causing any discomfort to the child, consult the doctor for examination.
Hope I have answered your query.
Regards.
