What Is The Permanent Cure For Constipation And Recurring Anal Fissures?

I've been constipated for months, have a recurring anal fissure, and keep getting around my buttocks(the most worrying one is below my testicles in the crack there.I've been to several doctors but none of them seem worried and i can't stop freaking out HELP!

Hi...the cause of anal fissure is constipation... for that you can take laxatives...for long term cure you need to modify your diet...no junk food...eat food with high fiber content like whole cereals, fruits, oats, green vegetables, bananas...
