my 4 year old has these pimple looking bumps arount her legs around her vagina and im trying to figure out what it could be. the doc said some type of viral or vaginal infection and im trying to find the name of it. he said it last two or more years but it will eventially go away

Most probably warts. No specific treatment is there. So wait and watch. Do not worry. If progressive in nature then consult dermatologist.
