postcoital bleeding can be caused by uterine polyps or fibroids. Sometimes, bleeding can occur with vigorous sexual activity (small scratches, lacerations, etc). You could also have some hormonal imbalance, causing the bleeding.any way it is better to consult your gyne and do a papsmear and an ultrasound scan to rule out all these things.all the best
