What Is The Health Diet To Be Followed For Internal And External Prolapsed Hemorroids?
I have internal and external prolapsed hemorroids. Saw colorectal doctor Tuesday lots of inflammation and irritation. Surgery is recommended but not possible at this time. I can't walk or barely sit. Have 2 prescriptions one Anusol and suppositories along with sitz baths following bm's. What foods and drinks would be good as there is basically no relief with the meds . Does cold drinks nuts blended shakes made with almond milk allowed. Am trying anything as I'm not very mobile and pain gets bad after each bm. Do you have any suggestions? Have suffered for ten years and saw to specialists, one a little over a year ago suggesting Metamucil 2 x daily and that the hemorroid weren't bad enough for surgery but now are stage 4?
