What Is The Exact Meaning Of The MRI Results?
This is MRI Scan result and I am not sure what exactly means !
There are multiple scattered small obnormal cerebral white matter as ischemic lesions.
There is no space occupying Lesion in supra and infratentorial structures.
cysternaventriculart system, basal ganglia, brain srem, cerebral peduncles,
cerebellum,pons, medulla oblongata and major intracranial vascular structures are normal .
Pituitary fossa , parasellar regions . 7/8 nerve complexes, both orbits, optic nerves and orbital muscles are normal.
There is Large retention cyst in left maxillary-sinus.

Hello dear,
'multiple scattered small abnormal cerebral white matter ischemic lesions' described in your report are age related changes which are generally seen around sixties. These changes are more frequently seen in diabetic and hypertensive people. So, if you are diabetic or hypertensive, it is advisable to have better control over your disease. As these changes are age related, and rest of your brain findings are normal, there is nothing to worry about.
Retention cyst in maxillary sinus may be found in asymptomatic individuals, but if you have headache, this finding may be a culprit and it is advisable to consult to an ENT(ear, nose & throat) surgeon for the same.
