What Is The Diagnosis If Having Stomachaches, Tiredness, Frequent Urination, Blood In Stools, Dehydration Considering Addiction To Smoking, Alcohol?

I have pains in my stomach periodically, I am tired frequently, losing a little bit of weight, I go to the bathroom quite frequently and there has been blood in my stool but not within three weeks. I feel dehydrated even though I drink a lot of water and milk. I do smoke about a half a pack of cigarettes a day and drink 15-16 beers on the weekends but was much more excessive during the holidays. Could this be chrons? An ulcer? IBS?

Hi
Welcome to Healthcare-Magic
Greetings of the day

if the bleeding in stools is associated with pain it's likely to be due to fissure.
Exact diagnosis will be based on good clinical examination and assessment.

Take care
