What Is The Cure For Partial Paralyzed With Old Infarcts In Right Lentiform Nucleus And Right Corona Radiata?

MRI report says old infarcts noted in right lentiform nucleus and right corona radiata. Patient is partially paralized on the left side. Can talk eat and leg can be moved but hand is evry week. Can feel all overthe left side. Can you explain why and what is the best cure

I have noted the symptoms.

These symptoms can be explained on the basis of brain stroke and infarcts )blood clots) on the right side of brain.

The improvement would depend on regular exercises and physiotherapy.

In addition, for prevention of stroke in future, anti platelet agent such aspirin and statin should be given.

Risk factors such as high sugar, BP and cholesterol should also be controlled.
