What Is The Cure For Acne On Lower Back?

Hi i get what looks to be acne or pimples on my lower back only no where else. I live in a tropical climat so i first thought it might be heat rash but the pictures online dont seem to match it at all. They are pretty big bumps and only on my lower back

Hi,

It seems that most probably you may be having trunkal acne. You consult dermatologist for firm diagnosis. However you may follow as below..

- azithromycine 500 mg thrice a week
- isotretinoin 10 mg daily
- vitamin E cap 400 mg daily
- apply benzoyl peroxide 2.5% gel at night on lesions
- avoidance of triggering factors...stress,tension,oily food,constipation,exercise, sleeplessness,travelling...etc
