What Is The Correct Dosage Of Combiflam Suspension For A 3 Year Old?

My kid is 3 years old and she is having fever, nasal congestion for the past 4 days. Have given combiflam suspension 5 ml every six hours to reduce fever. what is the correct dosage for children of her age? Her appetite has gone down. what food can be given to the child?
