What Is The Cold Feeling In My Wind Pipe While Breathing In The Morning?
my Bp is 168/70 i take hyzarr 100/25 when i get up i have a feeling in my airways like i sucked freezing cold air....not comfortble. I did have a stress test about 8 weeks ago and i was fine. The stress test was preceded by a afib on a standard visit to my dr who did a ekg and it showed a fib(slight) my cardioligist follow up did a ekg was normal so was stress test. I am worried we missed somthing

Cold feeling in windpipe while breathing in the morning indicates increased sensitivity of the mucous membrane of the lower respiratory system. The most probable causes are:
- Inflammation of the mucous lining of respiratory tract due to allergy or infection
- Too cold outside in the morning
I would advise you the following:
- Avoid sudden exposure to changes temperature zones, particularly in the morning
- Identify the allergens and avoid all these
Avoid exposure to cold in the morning
- Take a course of antibiotic, anti-inflammatory medicines
- Symptomatic and supportive management as per the cause found n clinical evaluation and correlation with the reports
