What Is The Cause Of Thick White Discharge After Medical Abortion?

I had a medical abortion by taking the abortion pill a little over two months ago. I immediately started taking birth control but bled for two months. I got my period a week before the last row of pills in my pack, or so I thought it was. Now I have a thick white discharge and my lower back has been really achey. Is this normal? I finally stopped bleeding two days ago and this thick white discharge started today.

it is possible you have developed yeast infection in vagina. you might have taken antibiotics after the abortion , that make a more likely to develop yeast infection causing thick white discharge.
