What Is The Cause Of Sensitive Skin On The Upper Leg ?

Hi, I have been having very sensitive skin on my left upper leg, like sunburn for the last two weeks. It is not shingles and visiting my local chemist I was told it might be form of allergy . I did some research and found out it might be neuropathy and had myself tested to diabetes but don t have it. I am now on anti histamine but would like to know if this might a neurological problem. I do get back ache sometime that feels like my cogsyx is paining. Please help, it is every disturbing with my clothes rubbing against it and the sensation has now spread to my lower back as well. HERPES ZOSTER.,
it is viral dease...caused by Varicella Zoster..,
Blisters, ache from Coccyx and Burning sensation, while ..,
touches the cloth, confined one part (dermatomal pattern)....,
more favour to viral.., Neruopathy is common ...called.,
Herpetic Neuralgia....
1) Avoid spicy, non-veg food..,
2) Apply Ayclovir cream on affected part..,
3) On this...apply Calamine soothing lotion after 1/2 hr..,
4) Tab Acyclovir 400 mg 2 times daily for 3 days..,
5) Tab Azithromycin 250 mg daily night ..for 5 days..,

Hi,Thanks for query,
It seems that you might have some problem in your lumbo sacral spine may be due to spondilitis of spine giving rise to irritation to passing nerves causing this problem.
Go for X ray lunbo sacral region and find out any lesion is there.
Consult orthopedic surgeon and get physically examined.
