What Is The Cause Of Pimples On The Penis And Painful Urination ?
I am a 29 year old male..sexually active,recently I noticed few small pimples on my penis and painful urination ..the pain is felt at the tip only.I have been drinking lots of water ,but its not helping much..Is it just UTI or something serious?

Pimples on penis is suggestive of infection on penis might be due to improper hygiene or after sex.
Painful urine is suggestive of urinary infection.
Go for urine test.Start specific antibiotic for it under guidance of your doctor.
Local antibiotic cream will be helpful.Continue to drink more water.
