What is the cause of indigestion after masturbation ?

Sir, I am 35 unmarried male. I had been masturbation since age of 12 to 30. At the age of 21, when i used to masturbate I feel uneasy my digestion system get disturbed for a day or two. It is still happening when i rarely masturbate. In last month, I consulted urologist and undergone Sonography. My pancreases, kidney, intestine , spleen, lever (stomach) are in very good condition. Then why I am suffering indigestion problem when I masturbate. Now I am getting married soon, while intercourse after marriage same thing will happen? Please help me.
