What Is The Cause Of Headaches With Low Iron?

Hi I m a 46 years old female and this last couple of month I have been having a lot of pressure headaches and I m feeling drained, not energy at all plus I can t sleep well, I have a history of low iron but I m super healthy and active, but lately I can t even take care of my house chores, I m not depress but I don t feel like doing anything, thinking that maybe I hit menopause ? Thank you for choosing HCM

It seems that you have anemia which can lead to headaches and migraines. It is not likely that the headache is causing the low iron but that the headache is due to the anemia.

You can try the following to see if it helps you. You can take syrup Orofer 10 ml 2 times a day till the anemia gets covered. All the best.
Follow up after 5 days.

Hope this helps you
