What Is The Cause For Trouble In Breathing,cough And Back Pain?

Hi i have been having trouble breathing, shortness in breathe,heart and back pain and i also have been coughing non stop which leads to throwing up what is the reasoning? should i get it checked out? i also have a heart murmur not sure if this is relivant or not

I can understand your situation and problem.
Yes, you should definitely consult doctor, don't wait at home.
Since you are having heart murmur, we should first rule out heart failure in your case.
So better to get done ecg, 2d echo and blood pressure monitoring.
If all these are normal than no need to worry for heart diseases.
Another possibility is lung related causes like lung infection or bronchitis.
So get done clinical examination of respiratory system, chest x ray and PFT (Pulmonary Function Test).
You may need antibiotics, antihistamines, inhaled bronchodilators and inhaled corticosteroid.
So better to first diagnose yourself and then start appropriate treatment.
