Pediatrician 's  Response
Hi,

When did this start? If baby is otherwise playful and feeding well, and there is no breathing difficulty, we need not worry. This may be a viral respiratory infection. Just continue Tylenol for 3 days, and use saline nasal drops to relieve nasal block. If symptoms are not coming down in 3 days, baby develops fast breathing/breathing difficulty, or becomes lethargic and not feeding well, kindly take him to pediatrician without delay.

Take care. Hope I have answered your question. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. Muhammed Aslam T. K., Pediatrician
