Hi Kimora
Welcome to HealthcareMagic.

A swelling under the ribcage is probably from liver or stomach or any swelling from the skin.If you have swelling from liver , it would pain a little bit and your urine might turn yellow and show features of jaundice.Do you have any of these symptoms?

Please mention few more symptoms if you have any like pain , size , size variation , relation with cough , as a comment. We will surely help you.

Take care.
