What Is The Cause For Stomach Pain, Nausea, Light Headed, Chest Heaviness, Swollen Glands On Back Of Neck?

I havent been meeting the best lately the past couple of weeks i have had stomach pains feel nauseous and light headed Every day my chest also feels heavy also i have glands swollen on back of neck that swell up and go away had that for the past year

hi,since you are having the above stated problems for last one year ,i think you should undergo some investigations in form of complete blood counts,ESR,liver function tests,ECG and Chest Xray.i also want to known if you have any history of allergic rhinitis or sinusitis.meanwhile you can take some antiemetics or antacid for symptom relief.
