What Is The Cause And Treatment For Stomach Pain With 4 Motions?

Hi good evng,

I am suffering with stomach pain, from last 4 days every day mng 4 times motions, and my mouth is too bitter. am suffering with indization and belching frequently. Earlier my doctor said Irritable bowl infection. Recently my dr said fatty lever stage I. Pls advise

Fatty liver stage 1 is found normally in most of the adults so don't worry about that.
You are suffering from gastroentritis,Its an infection causing inflammation and irritation of mucosa of intestines.Most common associated symptoms are nausea,Vomiting,loose stools etc.
Most of the times caused by cviral,protozoal or caterial infectuion.
Stool routine and microscopy should be done.
Take imodium 4 mg stat.
Tab ciprofloxacin and metrionidazole course can be taken for few days.
A probiotic should be taken daily.
Drink plenty of fluids and electrolyte to keep your self rehydrated.
