Dear Mukul
The region of pain you are mentioning is the area regarded as right hypochondriac region and liver is the most important organ located in this area. Two main diseases in this region associated with pain are cholecystitis and cholelithiasis which means either there is stone in gall bladder or there is infection in gall bladder leading to swelling. In your case it appears as if swelling of gall bladder is the root cause of trouble. Ultrasound of abdomen will be of great help. Clinically there is a sign regarded as Murphy's sign that helps in diagnosis. Here pain is felt when finger touches gall bladder.
If fever is associated with it then go for antibiotics. In herbal medicines we use punarnava guggul chitrak vati and trifla guggul to get rid of such inflammations or pain.
