Hi uneven skin tone around the anus is commonest problem in many individuals.it is due to uncleanliness in that area and excess moisture in that area.it should be treated with momate ointment in the morning and tri o bloc cream in the night.it should be used for long time to get visible response.after that daily patting that area to dry and application of moisteriser daily can prwvent uneven skin tone in that area
