im not sure of a taper plan i would like it to be slow to avoid withdrawal as much as possible i am doing 30mg of oxycodone (supeudol) 4 times a day yesterday i dropped the last dose 10mg and did 1 25mg amitriptyline and went to sleep i was going to do this for a week and drop the second dose of the day another 10 then after a month i will be down to 20mg 4 times a day does this sound ok for a low amount of withdrawals or should i only drop by 5 mg at a time i am really scared of the withdrawals and i dont have any support at home they dont understand what i am going to go through so it will be bad around my house so the least amount of sick would be best i also have 30mg temazepam which one is best to handle withdrawals and get sleep i dont like the temaz as they make me feel crappy the next day and is 1mg ativan ok for the anxiety
