What Is Sinus Rhythm With Anteroseptal Inferior Wall Ischemia?

hello doctor..i just had my ECG test. the result says sinus rhythm with anteropseptal inferior wall ischemia. I would like to know if how serious is this since I was advised to please correlate clinically. hoping for your immediate response. thank you so much.

Sinus rhythm is a normal condition
Ischemia means some part of your heart muscle has compromised blood supply may be due to diseased vessels on the heart
I would suggest you to undergo a coronary angiogram test
