I AM 74 YEARS MALE HAVING IDIOPATHIC CIRROSIS OF LEVER. IHAVE TO UNDERGO ASYTIC TAPPING EVERY 45-50 DAYS.. WBC RISES TO 14000, CREATININIE GOES TO 2.8-3. I STARTED WITH TORFIX THEN NORFLOX.NOW DOCTOS IS ASKING TO USE RIFAGUT. PROBLEMS LIKE SLURRING, DROWSINESS , AND LOSS OF MEMORY.

Please consult your doctor immediately about these new symptoms. You maybe proceeding towards hepatic encephalopathy that is curable if diagnosed at an early stage.
