What Is Causing The Pain In My Child's Neck?

Hello, my child has pain in her neck. xray negative. pain for about 10 days today its too severe. not sick, no fever no flu. little ball like things we feel in the neck where she points to the pain, but if we touch them, they dont really bother her.

By what you quote I suggest these possibilities -
1. Lymphadenitis - enlarged lymph nodes
2. Torticollis or muscular spasm in the neck.
3. CV junction anomaly - But this usually will be associated with pain or weakness in the legs.
4. Posterior fossa tumour.

I suggest you consult your paediatrician.
