What Is Causing The Full Stomach?
Hi My father is 76 years old, we went in for a ultrasound to check for BPH. Findings as follows liver measures 14.1 cms in right mid-clavicular line. increase in parenchymal echogenecity is seen grade 1.no intra hepatic biliary dilattion. a large hypoechoic area is seen sub capsularly in anterior aspect of liver,CBD portal vein normal. additionally left kidney is smaller (8.4X3.2 cms) than right kidney (10.3X4.8) with cortical scars on both kidneys.There is moderate prostatomegaly and cholelithiasis. Currently he feels hunger occasionally but complains of full stomach always.He also feels tired. he has no ther complaints.Please advise.

You have problem of fullness of stomach that may be because of constipation problem. long time Constipation may cause gas formations snd elevated stomach.
Gastroparesis may cause delay empty of stomach.
Intestinal obstructions may cause delay empty of stomach.
Colonoscopy can done for diagnosis.
