Welcome to Healthcare Magic
During PMS there is hormonal disturbance which can cause changes in the nouth lining and ulcer formation in some people. The treatment will be oral contraceptive pills to regularise the hormone level in most cases. As of now it would be wise to eat plenty of fresh fruits and green leafy vegetables for Vitamin B complex which prevents mouth ulcers. Get examined by a Dentist to look for tooth problems like sharp tooth which can cause this picture. Do blood counts and haemoglobin as low blood cells can also cause ulcers. Avoid spicy food.
