C1q esterase Inhibitor (Quantitative) is a specialized test done for evaluating Hereditary Angioedema/Anaphylaxis.
It is not done is routine labs as it needs specialized equipments.
SO you will have to go to good recognized labs. Cost will usually be comparable in each f these.
