Brief Answer:
Yes

Detailed Answer:
Dear sir, I have gone through your question and I understand your concerns but lyrica has potential interactions with lisinopril and sertaline.
Using lyrica together with lisinopril may cause angioedema which can cause whole body swelling with swelling of the face, eyes, lips, tongue, throat, and occasionally also the hands and feet. Each medication alone can also cause angioedema, but the risk may be increased when they are combined. Angioedema can occur with the first dose of medication or after many doses. You should discontinue the medications and seek immediate medical attention if you develop symptoms of angioedema or have difficulty swallowing or breathing.

Also using lyrica with sertraline may increase side effects such as dizziness, drowsiness, confusion, and difficulty concentrating.
You should also avoid or limit the use of alcohol while being treated with these medications. Also avoid activities requiring mental alertness such as driving until you know how the medications affect you. I hope I answered your question. if you don't have any other clarifications then please close the discussion.
