hi welcome to health care magic.you dont mention your age or from since you get these trouble?there are so many reason like urinary tract infection,or it one of the symptoms of diabetes,or you drunk much water,stone,kidney function problem.so you concern first any physician go for routine check up like CBC,urine routine,RBS

-diabetes
incontinence due to prostate enlargement in case of aged males
