What exercises should be done to lose weight ?

hi, can you say the cardio exercises? and help me to reduce my weight especially tummy and to increase metabolism , i eat very less to be thin but if i increase my food quantity i wil increase my weight and becoming weak like my hb levels are decreasing, please help me to reduce my weight iam 5.5 ft and weighs 60kg

Hi,Praveena, thanks for query.Weight loss is a mission and you need continues and regular effort to lose weight.Brisk Walking is a very good exercise.You should do at least 150 minutes of exercise in a week.Encourage use of stairs instead of elevator at least till couple of floors.Try cycling,tread mill etc.You can even to aerobics to tone your muscles.Along with all this proper diet planning is must.Take help of dietician for this.bye.

hi praveena.. welcome to healthcaremagic.. you can do cardio exercises along with crunches.. swimming is also a good way of losing weight.. but dont eat less... eat less calorie food but maintain nutrition by having diet rich in proteins like eggs without yolk, milk, pulses, grams and green leafy vegetables,beet root,corn,tomato, for increasing hb levels and avoid high calorie diet like rice,oily foods, saturated oils,fast foods etc.. have more breakafst and less amount of dinner.. and do some walking before sleep.. i hope this will help you reduce weight..

for the weight loss..u should do some yoga in the morning....first drink 1 glass of water then do some yoga excercises..then have light breakfast and tea..no fat /cholestrol
then have small frequent diet
then have some thing with evening tea..lght
then dinner at late hours
u will definitely loose weight
u wil your self feel u r loosing weighht if u regularly follow this schedule

Hi, I had a tummy tuck operation in 1994 and in 2002 I had a baby where I gain 20 kilos. Ever since I have been training and eating healthy, but I cannot lose weight.
