hi praveena.. welcome to healthcaremagic.. you can do cardio exercises along with crunches.. swimming is also a good way of losing weight.. but dont eat less... eat less calorie food but maintain nutrition by having diet rich in
proteins like eggs without yolk, milk, pulses, grams and green leafy vegetables,beet root,
corn,tomato, for increasing hb levels and avoid high calorie diet like rice,oily foods, saturated oils,fast foods etc.. have more breakafst and less amount of dinner.. and do some walking before sleep.. i hope this will help you reduce weight..
