Hi
Do you have regular cycles?
Considering your LMP ultrasound should have shown 8 weeks embryo with cardiac activity.
You did not write about the size of the sac. The ultrasound findings are suggestive of five weeks pregnancy. So there are two possibilities. Either ovulation occurred late and you conceived late or this is not a healthy pregnancy.
If I were your doctor I would give you progesterone support and repeat ultrasound in 10 days time expecting to see embryo. That would make things clear for us.
I hope I have answered to your satisfaction.
