1. When one has not voided for quiete sometime, his bladder gets distended. Bladder being an elastic structure distends almost spherically with smooth outline, like balloon . It is normal.
2. Distal ureter lies below the level of sacral promontory; i.e. the part of ureter in the true pelvis close to bladder.
Now Left mild hydronephrosis with narrowing un distal ureter can be a significant finding secondary to ureteric stricture or stone. Advisable to get CECT KUB with excretory phase images. It will rule out the differential diagnoses.
